Welcome to my new author-centric website.

I’m still trying to get my noggin around this whole WordPress thingy, so watch this space for new content, including semi-traditional blog posts (frequency will vary), contests, info about my books and appearances, and a showcase of curious, wackadoo ephemera I hope you’ll like — if not, you might be in the wrong place.

I’ll start off by explaining the above image. It’s part of a larger print I own by an artist named G.G. (Grace) Drayton, best known as the creator of the Campbell’s Soup Kids. This particular image is of one of her later characters, named Dolly Dingle. I consider her a kindred spirit.
