1. I saw Pieta Brown perform last Saturday night, and now cannot stop listening to her latest album, Mercury. Many thanks to my husband for turning me on to her.

2. My grandmother has recently decided to come home for Christmas for the first time in twenty years. Cousin Joyce is very excited.

3. I just got back from my annual shopping trip to Freeport with my BFF, and am now modeling this little number. Descending earflaps are the new black.
